The Crofthouse Bothy

Our Crofthouse Bothy is a beautiful purpose built  holiday cabin built out of Larch and is centrally heated and fully insulated to the highest standard. It is perfectly situated in Stockinish next to our Crofthouse and looks out over the Minch sea and the pretty working harbour below where you can buy fish from the local fishermen.

The self catering accommodation sleeps 2 adults in a double bed. Set in its own private  ground and in the desirable Bays area on the east coast of the isle of Harris. Its perfectly positioned for a holiday of peace and tranquility and in the summer the sun shines on the Bothy from dawn to dusk.

The Calmac ferry port of Tarbert is only 10 minutes away where there are local amenities and the ferry terminal back to Uig on the Isle of Skye. 

The Bothy is well located for both the beautiful east coast of Harris and the west coast beaches of Luskentyre and Seilebost are a 10 minute drive away.

Our Bothy is decorated tastefully with bright white pine cladding and a solid wood floor. There is a comfortable double bed and sofa and fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, belfast sink with hardwood tops and a fridge freezer. There is a stereo, WIFI internet and Sky Tv. At the rear of the Bothy is the neat and well equipped bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

To the front is a newly built large sundeck to relax on.
